At Freedom Fun, we designed the Damage Waiver to remove that stress, while also being fair to our event crews who inspect, clean, and prepare every piece of equipment for the next family's celebration.
The whole purpose of the Damage Waiver is simple: remove stress, not create it. That's why we recommend it to every customer, and why the vast majority choose to keep it on their order.
We keep things simple and fair. Here's exactly how our Damage Waiver works:
-The Damage Waiver is 10% of your rental total and is included on every quote.
-It's optional but strongly recommended. Most of our customers choose to include it, and the ones who've ever needed it were very grateful they had it.
-If you choose to keep it, accidental damage to the equipment during normal use is covered. We simply take care of it. No repair bills, no stress, no surprise invoices.
-If you'd prefer to remove it, just let your Freedom Fun team know before your reservation is finalized. We'll take it off, no pressure, no questions asked. Just know that removing it means you accept financial responsibility for any accidental damage as outlined in your rental agreement.
What's Covered
Accidental damage during normal use, including:
-Minor tears
-Accidental punctures
-Broken game components
-Damaged accessories
-Cosmetic damage that occurs during your rental
What's Not Covered
Like most equipment protection plans, the Damage Waiver does not cover:
-Theft or missing equipment
-Intentional damage or vandalism
-Negligence or misuse of the equipment
-Damage caused by prohibited use or failing to follow safety instructions
-Damage resulting from unauthorized relocation of the equipment
