At Freedom Fun, we know life (and weather) doesn’t always go as planned. That’s why we designed a policy that protects you, gives you flexibility, and keeps your deposit safe — while also being fair to our event crews who make the fun happen.
We keep things simple and fair. Here’s exactly how our rescheduling and cancellation policy works:
-We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to reserve your event.
-If you cancel at least 1 day before your event, your deposit becomes a raincheck credit that never expires.
-You can reschedule or apply to any future event, no stress, no penalty.
Day-of Cancellations
Scenario 1: Before Setup Begins
-If dangerous weather (rain, lightning, storms, high winds) makes it unsafe before setup starts, your entire event payment (not just the deposit) will be issued as a full credit (not refund) that never expires.
Scenario 2: Conditions Uncertain but Favorable at Setup
-If conditions look unpredictable but safe enough when setup begins, you get to decide:
Option A: Not proceed. Your entire event payment is issued as a full credit (not refund) for a future event.
Option B: Proceed at your own risk. If the event must be stopped for unsafe conditions (whether called by Freedom Fun staff or you), a partial raincheck credit is issued, pro-rated to the portion of the event completed.
Example: $500 event stopped halfway through = $250 credit.
Important Note
By the day of your event, the entire invoice is already paid. That means rainchecks apply to the full amount, never just the 30% deposit. You’re always in control — if you choose not to proceed before setup begins, a full credit is protected for you. However, if you choose to proceed at your own risk in unpredictable conditions, Freedom Fun cannot assume full financial responsibility if the event must be stopped, as our crews and operational costs are already committed.

Can I get my deposit back?
The 30% deposit is always non-refundable, because we reserve your attraction and take it offline for your date. But you’ll never lose it — your deposit always converts into a raincheck credit that never expires.
What if I paid in full and need to cancel?
If you cancel at least 1 day before your event, you’ll receive a raincheck credit for the entire invoice amount that never expires.
If you prefer, you may request a 70% refund, with the remaining 30% kept as the non-refundable deposit. While we recommend taking the full raincheck (so you keep 100% of your value), the refund option is available upon request.
Do rainchecks expire?
Never. Rainchecks are valid forever and can be applied to any future rental — whether it’s your rescheduled event or a brand-new party down the road.
How do I use my raincheck?
It’s easy. Just call or text us when you’re ready to rebook, and your credit will automatically apply to your new event. No forms, no hassle.
What happens if weather changes during my event?
If conditions become unsafe (like heavy rain, lightning, or high winds), our staff or you may decide to stop the event. In that case, we’ll issue a partial raincheck credit based on how much of the event was completed. For example, if a $500 event is stopped halfway through, you’ll receive a $250 credit toward a future booking.
