Most companies penalize you if you need to reschedule or cancel your event. At Freedom Fun USA, we believe parties should be stress-free. That’s why your deposit is always protected.
-We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to reserve your event.
- If you cancel at least 1 day before your event, your deposit becomes a raincheck credit that never expires.
-On the day of your event, if severe weather (rain, lightning, high winds) makes it unsafe, we may cancel — but you’ll receive an immediate credit.
-If conditions are safe enough, you always have the choice to proceed.

Can I get my deposit back?

Nope! It never expires. Use it next week or next year.
What if my event is at a park?
Park events may have special rules. Let us know so we can help you prepare (e.g. generator rentals, permits).
