- Do the inflatable rentals require a deposit?
We require a 30% deposit to book the order and the remaining balance is due the day before your event. If you're a school, church, HOA or corporate client, we may be able to work with you on alternative payment methods.
- What power do I need to provide?
We require a standard 20amp outlet for each of our inflatable rentals. However we can also provide generators if you don't have access to power.
- Do I get a discount if I'm planning a large event that needs multiple inflatables?
Yes! We provide bundle deals for customers that rent multiple items for their events. Contact a party pro to learn more about deals and specials.
- What happens if weather is bad and I need to cancel?
Don’t worry, with our “free rescheduling assurance policy", you are able to cancel at any time due to inclement weather or emergency without losing any money. We will simply issue you a credit that never expires! We believe in protecting our customers and giving them peace of mind, so you’ll never incur any charges or hidden fees with freedom fun.

From classic linear run-and-slide courses to multi-lane competitive units, every setup is delivered, inflated, supervised, and broken down by a trained Freedom Fun crew member.
Most rental companies drop off equipment and leave. Freedom Fun stays. Our crew is on-site for the full duration of your event, managing participant flow, ensuring safe use, keeping the energy high, and handling everything from first run to final teardown. How Obstacle Course Rentals Work
Your Freedom Fun crew arrives early, sets up the course, and inspects every seam, anchor, and blower connection before the first participant steps inside. For competitive courses, the crew runs head-to-head brackets and manages rotation so every guest gets equal time. For open-run formats, the crew manages the line, sets pace, and keeps participants moving safely through every obstacle.
Obstacle courses require a flat, open area with access to a power source. Most units need between 40 and 80 feet of clear space depending on the configuration. Your crew member will assess the space on arrival and position everything for optimal flow and safety. Setup typically takes 45 to 60 minutes.

Common Questions About Obstacle Course Rentals
How long can participants use the obstacle course?
Most rentals are booked for 2 to 6 hour windows. Your crew manages participant rotation throughout, so every guest gets multiple runs during the event. Longer events can be accommodated with extended rental windows.
What ages are obstacle courses for?
Obstacle courses work best for ages 5 and up. Your crew member applies age and size guidelines on arrival. For younger children under 5, Freedom Fun recommends pairing the obstacle course with a dedicated toddler bounce house so every age group has the right attraction.
Do you offer competitive dual-lane courses?
Yes. Many Freedom Fun markets offer side-by-side dual-lane obstacle courses for head-to-head racing. These are particularly popular for school field days and corporate team-building events where competition is part of the format.
What if weather causes a problem?
Free rescheduling is included on every Freedom Fun booking. If weather moves in before or during your event, contact your Freedom Fun team and we move the event to a new date at no additional cost, no lost deposit, no questions asked.
