LED Screen FAQs
Please call or send us a message if you still have unanswered questions. We’re here to help you throughout the entire party-planning process.
- Why don't you list a fixed price for LED screens?
Every LED event is different. Screen size, event length, number of days, travel, and add-ons all affect the price. Our listed prices are where each screen starts, and we quote every event individually so you only pay for what your event needs. Most quotes come back within a few hours.
- What sizes of LED screens do you offer?
We offer three mobile LED trailers: 12x7, 17x10, and 23x13. The right size depends on your crowd and how far back people will be. Not sure? Our LED team will recommend the right screen.
- Is there a travel fee?
It depends on where the closest screen is coming from. Sometimes there is no travel fee at all. If travel applies, it is built into your quote so there are no surprises.
- What does my venue need?
No power needed. Every LED trailer is self-powered. We just need a clear path for the trailer at least 14 feet tall and 20 feet wide, with no low branches, wires or awnings, and a fairly level spot for the screen. For multi-day rentals, the screen needs to stay in a secured area overnight.
- Is sound included?
Yes. Every trailer includes a built-in speaker system. Premium sound packages and wireless microphones are available for larger crowds and bigger venues.
- What is your cancellation policy for LED screen rentals?
LED screens are reserved through our LED partner and held just for your date. A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due 5 days before your event. Cancel 10 or more days out and only the deposit is kept. Cancel within 10 days and the full amount is due. Need a new date? Give us at least 48 hours' notice and your payment moves to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.
LED Screen Rentals for Outdoor Events Nationwide
Freedom Fun delivers mobile LED screens and jumbotrons to outdoor events across the country. Our LED screens provide cinema-quality visuals in full daylight, which means no dark tent, no blackout setup, and no limitations on where or when your event happens. Sunrise to sunset, the image is sharp, bright, and impossible to miss.
Every LED screen rental includes delivery, professional setup, and a pre-event operational call with our LED team. You focus on your guests. We handle the technology.
When to Choose an LED Screen Over a Projector
Projector screens are ideal for backyard movie nights and smaller gatherings after dark. LED screens are built for a different type of event: daytime crowds, large venues, live streaming, sports viewing, and any situation where visibility across distance matters.
If your event takes place during the day, involves live video streaming, draws a large or spread-out crowd, or needs a screen that can be seen from 200+ feet away, an LED screen is the right tool. Our outdoor movie screen rentals and projector and screen rentals serve smaller events beautifully. LED screens are built for the ones that need to make a statement.
What's Included in Every LED Screen Rental
Every Freedom Fun LED screen package includes a trailer-mounted LED screen, onboard power, a built-in speaker system, delivery, setup, and teardown. Our screens use 3.9mm pixel pitch panels for sharp detail at typical outdoor viewing distances.
Custom content playback, live feed integration, countdown clocks, and sponsor graphics are all available. Premium sound, Starlink internet, and custom trailer banners can be added to any package. If you can put it on a screen, we can make it happen.
How LED Screen Pricing Works
Every LED event is a little different, so we quote each one individually. Our listed prices are where each screen starts. Your final quote depends on event length, number of days, travel to your venue, and any add-ons. Most quotes come back within a few hours.
Popular Uses for LED Screen Rentals
Freedom Fun LED screens are booked for outdoor watch parties, corporate brand activations, product launches, graduation ceremonies, outdoor church services, HOA community events, county fairs, music festivals, 5K and race events, trade shows, grand openings, and school athletic events. If you need a screen that performs in daylight for a crowd of 100 to 10,000, this is it.
