- Why don't you list a fixed price for LED screens?
Every LED event is different. Screen size, event length, number of days, travel, and add-ons all affect the price. Our listed prices are where each screen starts, and we quote every event individually so you only pay for what your event needs. Most quotes come back within a few hours.
- What sizes of LED screens do you offer?
We offer three mobile LED trailers: 12x7, 17x10, and 23x13. The right size depends on your crowd and how far back people will be. Not sure? Our LED team will recommend the right screen.
- Is there a travel fee?
It depends on where the closest screen is coming from. Sometimes there is no travel fee at all. If travel applies, it is built into your quote so there are no surprises.
- What does my venue need?
No power needed. Every LED trailer is self-powered. We just need a clear path for the trailer at least 14 feet tall and 20 feet wide, with no low branches, wires or awnings, and a fairly level spot for the screen. For multi-day rentals, the screen needs to stay in a secured area overnight.
- Is sound included?
Yes. Every trailer includes a built-in speaker system. Premium sound packages and wireless microphones are available for larger crowds and bigger venues.
- What is your cancellation policy for LED screen rentals?
LED screens are reserved through our LED partner and held just for your date. A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due 5 days before your event. Cancel 10 or more days out and only the deposit is kept. Cancel within 10 days and the full amount is due. Need a new date? Give us at least 48 hours' notice and your payment moves to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.
