Do your snow machine rentals require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 30% deposit to reserve our equipment. Don’t worry, with our “free rescheduling assurance policy", you are able to cancel at any time due to inclement weather or emergency without losing any money. We will simply issue you a credit that never expires! We believe in protecting our customers and giving them peace of mind, so you’ll never incur any charges or hidden fees with freedom fun.
How far in advance should I reserve my snow machine rental?
This is always tough to answer. We always recommend booking as soon as you know the date of your party. If you’re unsure of the time, that’s okay.
As long as you pay the deposit, you will have the majority of that day reserved and we can always go back and work out the smaller details later. Our events are in high demand and we can’t “hold” our equipment for anyone.
Does the snow machine leave the floor slippery?
The "snow" is dry to the touch and can be best described as a foamy substance. It is mixed with water so if you are planning on running the machine over a slick surface like a gymnasium for several hours then the floor could become slick. We have set these up in gyms and indoor venues a lot, if you are concerned, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Is the snow solution safe for kids?
Yes they are safe for kids. We set these up all the time at day cares and elementary schools.
Can I add an attendant to stay and run the machines?
Yes, we can provide an attendant to stay starting at $45 an hour.
Is it like "real" snow that sticks?
No, this creates the effect of falling snow, but it does not stick to the surface and accumulate like real snow.
