Do I need to pay a deposit to rent an obstacle course?
We require a 30% deposit to book the order and the remaining balance is due the day before your event. If you're a school, church, HOA or corporate client, we may be able to work with you on alternative payment methods.
How long is the rental good for?
We don't charge per the hour like the other guys! Our inflatable obstacle course rentals are priced for all day. We will deliver and pickup after the party.
How does setup and pick-up work?
We will get with you before your event to arrange delivery and pickup based on your schedule and ours. We try to make it as stress-free and easy as possible!
Where can you setup obstacle course rentals?
Please look at the dimensions of the obstacle courses you are interested in and make sure there's enough space at your venue. We can setup in fields, parking lots, gymnasiums & more.
What type of power is required for the inflatable obstacle course rental?
If you're renting a large obstacle course, we may require 2 separate 20amp circuits. If you are renting a small obstacle course then we just need 1 single 20 amp circuit. If you're unsure, we'll let you know what we need. We also have generators for rent in case there's no power!
What happens if weather is bad and I need to cancel?
Don’t worry, with our “free rescheduling assurance policy", you are able to cancel at any time due to inclement weather or emergency without losing any money. We will simply issue you a credit that never expires! We believe in protecting our customers and giving them peace of mind, so you’ll never incur any charges or hidden fees with freedom fun.
