Pick the perfect location

Of course drive-in movie screen rentals take up a lot more space than your average movie night, so location is everything. Look for a spot with plenty of room for both cars and people in chairs. School parking lots and community fields tend to work best. Did you know that we set up our screens on football fields a lot? Our screens are so versatile that sometimes people rent them for their sheer height and size - so no one has a bad seat in the house. Here's a checklist for your location

• Flat space for the screen? (if the space is too much at an angle it won't work)
• Power within 50ft? (If not you can always rent a generator from us)
• Enough space for cars and people? (if you're hosting it drive-in style)
• Check ground surface for people that will be sitting outside. Also you don't want muddy grounds for cars.
• Make sure if you're in a parking lot or field, that the parking lights are turned off after dark or that there are no sprinklers set to turn on if you're in a field!!!

Plan for parking (and parking attendants)

A key part of any successful drive-in movie night is organizing the parking. You’ll need to have a clear plan for how cars will enter, park, and exit the space safely. Ideally, you want enough room for cars to park with some distance between them, so everyone has a clear view of the screen.

Choose the right movie (super important!)
