A hearty welcome to Noah Melles of our new franchise in Houston, Texas!
Noah was born in Toulouse, France (known as the center of the European aerospace industry). When he was 7 years old, he and his family moved to Austin, Texas. Noah told me that he loves Austin for its attitude: loving the outdoors and nature, leading a good life, following opportunity to its logical result - a fulfilling and rich tapestry of balance, fun, health, and prosperity.
When Noah was 16, a friend (Harrison) invited him to join Freedom Fun USA as a coach. Noah says he “fell in love with being able to go around bringing smiles to people. I could bring equipment and music, coach them on how to use the activities, and get them engaged with each other having a great time.”
On being asked what made him decide to go into business for himself, Noah was clear on his goals. He saw owning a Freedom Fun USA franchise as an opportunity to use his talents to grow something he was proud of. In addition, he would be able to create wealth limited only by his own creativity.
Noah also saw this franchise as a chance to make a difference. This chance to build something for himself as well as his community is Noah’s mission. His plan includes making connections with customers and guests and establishing relationships that will last. Armed with fun, excitement and creative energy, he designs fun for all ages. In particular he can devise events and parties that are safe for everyone and establishes a way for young adults to have a great time while making good choices. Having been a part of Freedom Fun USA from a young age gave Noah a perspective of not only building a business, but also that of knowing how to provide a few hours of genuine interaction and having memorable fun times with friends and family.
Family is a big part of Noah’s business
His father and brother help support Noah in any way they can. Not only do they provide moral support, they are actively involved in the day to day process of the business.
Noah’s parents, Karen and David, originally from the UK and New Zealand, relocated to Texas in 2004, where they have been living ever since. They are proud parents of four grown children: Beth, Sara, Joel, and Noah, and have been blessed with five grandchildren.
Karen and David, hail from the UK and New Zealand and made Texas their home in 2004. Together, they have four adult children—Beth, Sara, Joel, and Noah—and are delighted to be grandparents to five grandchildren.
Alongside Noah and Joel, Karen and David are eagerly diving into a fresh adventure with Freedom Fun USA. Presently residing in Georgetown, Texas, they are also proud owners and managers of 309 Coffee. David, with his background as an electronics engineer, now juggles his time as a part-time technician for espresso and coffee grinder machines. Karen plays a pivotal role in maintaining the shop's smooth operation.
When Noah has a bit of down time, he likes to spend time with loved ones or walking and playing with his three dogs who are known for pulling Noah on his longboard! He also reads a lot and keeps up with ways to innovate and expand his ideas.
We appreciate Noah, and we wish him continued epic success in building his fantastically FUN business!
